So excited that this was my first session in my "home studio" space that I'm reserving only for maternity and newborn sessions.  We are documenting throughout this particular pregnancy. 

Yeah! He turned 6 months! What a milestone and he is doing great!  We had one of the those crazy warm days earlier in April when we did this session and he was just so fun...look at the expression on his face!

New Life.  What more can you say? This little guy was only 5 days old when I did his session.  Absolutely adorable and of course his big sister got into the action as well. 

Heather and Derek are friends of mine from college and I've been able to photograph both their pregnancies.  I'm so excited to meet Liam and it will be a while since they live in Canada.  

There is nothing that brings me more joy when you get to see your client's little one's grow, grow, and grow.  This little princess is now older than 6 months but it's taken me a bit to get back up to speed on blogging. 

We were on-location on the north side of Chicago for this beautiful day and captured some pretty awesome shots just outside their condo.  I love photographing white on grey.  

Can't wait for her 1 year pictures and hand her parents their storyboard to see their little girl's story unfold.
